I hope you’ve had a great week. Back in the fall the Alliance began our strategic planning process with a goal of listening to all of you, so that we could build a plan for the next three years that reflects the goals, wishes, and hopes for our community. In the end, more than 500 members of the community participated in the process, whether through our community survey, through one-on-one interviews, or as part of focus groups we did throughout Rhode Island.

Today, I’m pleased to share with you the results of that work.

I’ll be sharing much more over the coming months about ways for you to get involved, including an article in this week’s Jewish Rhode Island. I am confident that in three years we will look back with pride on the incredible work WE have done, together.

Until next time, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and joyous Shabbat.

Shabbat Shalom,
Adam Greenman
President & CEO

P.S. I recently sat down with Jewish Rhode Island journalist Emma Newbery for an in-depth conversation about the strategic plan. Click here to listen to the podcast episode.
