At the Dwares JCC, we offer fitness and aquatics classes for every-BODY, of all ages and ability levels! Whether it’s your first time or your one-thousandth time, we have what you’re looking for!
Fitness Center & Pool Hours
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm (Powers Aquatics swim lessons take place from 7:00am – 12:15pm. No lap lanes available. The pool is open to members from 12:30pm – 1:45pm.)
Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
(The pool opens at 6:30am Monday - Friday, and 7:00am on Sundays. Open-swim times vary, please check our Pool Schedule)
J-Fitness provides a full-service fitness center and heated indoor pool located in the heart of Providence’s East Side. We also have a team of dedicated Certified Personal Trainers that are eager to help you achieve all of your health and wellness goals.

Your Dwares JCC membership opens a world of healthy living for your whole family.
We are also pleased to offer members the following at-home workout options:
- Online group exercise classes, via Zoom – seven days a week, with class options for everyone.
- Virtual Personal Training – work out with your favorite trainer, from the comfort of home!
