Throughout the summer, each week of camp will highlight a leadership area whether it is teamwork, decision making, communication and the LIT/CIT Director will provide lessons each week. Additionally, the LITs will also have time to develop relationships with campers and get hands-on experience. The CITs will be assigned a group to work with for the week and will be required to run at least 1 or 2 activities with that group. The activities can range from arts and crafts to sports and games. This volunteer position is for teens entering 9th & 10th grade who want to further their leadership skills and who want to learn more about how to be a counselor in the future!
