Beginner Tai Chi

This 10-week beginner series is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. This class will guide you through a series of functional movements designed to improve your balance, coordination, body awareness, breathing, posture, and overall well-being.  

Ages: 18+ 
Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00am

Intermediate Tai Chi 

This 10-week intermediate series is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels with prior Tai Chi experience. This class will guide you through a series of functional movements designed to improve your balance, coordination, body awareness, breathing, posture, and overall well-being.

Thursdays 3:00 – 4:00pm  
April 16 - June 18

Juggling with Harry

Looking for a delightful way to stay active and have a blast? Join our Juggling Class for Adults! Juggling is not just about keeping balls in the air; it's a fantastic exercise for the mind and body.
